Welcome to FotTips! These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the FotTips mobile application ("App"), which provides football predictions, betting tips, and related content. By downloading or using FotTips, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of the Terms, please do not use the App.
Use of the App
1.1 Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old (or the legal age in your jurisdiction) to use FotTips. By using the App, you confirm that you meet this requirement.
1.2 Intended Use
FotTips provides football predictions and betting tips for informational and entertainment purposes only. We do not promote or facilitate gambling. Users are solely responsible for how they use the information provided in the App.
Premium Features & Subscriptions
2.1 Premium Content
FotTips offers both free and premium content. Premium features (such as VIP tips and ad removal) are available through in-app purchases and subscriptions.
2.2 Payment & Auto-Renewal
If you purchase FotTips Premium, payment will be charged to your Apple or Google Play account. Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. You can manage or cancel your subscription in your device's app store settings.
User Conduct
You agree not to:
- Violate any laws or regulations while using the App.
- Reproduce, redistribute, or exploit any content from FotTips without written permission.
- Interfere with the proper functioning of the App or attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems.
Disclaimer
FotTips provides content "as is" without guarantees of accuracy, profitability, or results. While we strive to offer reliable predictions, we make no promises regarding outcomes. Users assume full responsibility for their decisions and actions.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, FotTips and its team shall not be liable for any damages arising from your use or inability to use the App, including but not limited to indirect or incidental losses.
Intellectual Property
All content in FotTips, including text, graphics, logos, and predictions, is the intellectual property of FotTips or its licensors and is protected by applicable laws. Unauthorized use of this content is strictly prohibited.
Changes to These Terms
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms. We encourage users to review this page periodically.
